You sit most of the time on a chair in front of your computer. Sometimes you feel tired, and going to the gym becomes your last priority. You need to understand that your mind needs to exercise as much as it needs to sleep.
Doing daily exercise is as crucial as sleeping well. It won't matter if you slept well six days a week, but the last day you didn't sleep at all. I reckon that you'll feel tired for the rest of the week.
Exercising polishes your body and makes you feel better after doing it. Plus, the mind rests for a couple of hours. It doesn't need to be intense; even a short 30 minutes walk makes the difference between doing nothing and doing something.
