Remove default user on Windows 11

If you delete a user from the Control Panel in Windows 11, sometimes the user will remain on the login screen when turning the PC on.

To solve it:

1. Launch cmd.exe (Win + R)
2. Type regedit
3. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
4. Delete DefaultUserName and LastUsedUsername fields from the Windows Registry
5. Reboot your PC
