Intersect in QGIS with an offset

Let's assume that you want to intersect a point in QGIS with a 100 m margin (offset).

Vectorial > Geoprocessing Tools > Buffer with fixed distance

Select the desired distance, for example, 100 m. At this point you can intersect a line and a polygon and the tolerance will be around 100 m.
